"The quality of customer service is excellent. Old school customer service – earning the respect of the customer and building a customer for life."

We put a lot of emphasis on the quality of our service. When you leave you’ll not only be impressed with our work but also how relaxed you felt. We’re family-friendly offering a clean space, children’s activities (check out the pirate chest), and plenty of refreshments.
We have a fix it once warranty because we think it’s annoying how some shops spend time (and your money) guessing what to fix by replacing unnecessary parts. You come to us to have your car fixed, and with Mighty Auto Pro we are the top experts in the area. We diagnose the issue and fix your vehicle correctly, the first time. Then we provide a simple, transparent report including details of the work we’ve done.
All of our technicians are ASE-certified and undergo additional, ongoing training. This ensures you get the best possible service for your money. We offer the highest quality in auto repair in Medina and achieve this by never settling for shortcuts and using the newest and best technologies and tools.
In 2011, our very own Leigh Anne Best and fellow shop owner Laura Frank began the “Brakes for Breasts” fundraiser with 5 local auto repair shops in Ohio and raised $10,000 in support of the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Program. Dr. Vincent Tuohy and his Team have created a vaccine to prevent Breast Cancer. In October of 2021 the very first woman received the vaccination to begin Phase I Trials.
Spin the clock forward, hundreds of independent auto repair shops join hands every year across the USA and Canada in support of Brakes for Breasts. As of 2024 they have raised $1.8 million and every single penny raised continues to go directly to research. Leigh Anne and Laura are two volunteers with a budget of zero and incredible industry support.
Phase 1a, 1b, and 1c clinical trials are currently underway. All phases target triple negative breast cancer which is the form of the disease for which we have the least effective treatment.
